New Blings

I have a new name tag, the old one has tarnished and the contact information on it was no longer valid. Mommie went shopping and fell in love with this one with lots of bling bling. It supposed to be made of stainless steel so we hope it doesn't tarnish and the blings doesn't drop out. My name was electronically engraved on it. Nice?


Mommie found some older pics of me taken last year, where i was very very un-groomed for many months. She found it amusing and thought I look more like a bear (fat and furry) than a dog.

Before I start on my latest post, just wanna update that for the first time in my life, I ate a Macdonald's ice-cream last week! Never ate ice cream before! Here are some blurred pics from Mommie's hp where I attempt to eat ice cream. They were busy making sure the ice cream doesn't melt and drip on my fur because I just bathed that day, that they couldn't take better quality photos.

(Mommie: She sniffed at the ice cream and refuse to lick it. After a few tries, she finally realised its food and start biting very small nibbles, like a lady. Not like her usual 'food gobbling' self.

I have been a naughty girl... have been biting on one of my legs, till there was a swelled lump. Daddy brought me to see Aunty Wendy for help, she said if I continue to lick and bite, the wound might develop maggots. *Eeeek* After Daddy has bath me, Aunty Wendy applied medication on my wound and gave instructions that I cannot lick/bite my wound anymore. So Aunty Cyn gave me something to wear to stop me from biting:

What is this round thing?

Everyone find it funny on me, I tried to scratch my ears, but no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't reach them!

Mommie say I look like a butt shaking lightbulb. Although its uncomfortable, I like the attention I'm getting!

I think I looked more like a alien sunflower.... Eeeuuu... I think mommie is too bored at home.

Sea Salt Treatment

Went bathing at Doggy Salon on Monday. Casper's mommie recommended for me to try Sea Salt Treatment due to my skin problems. Natural Sea Salt was rubbed onto my entire body, I felt that I'm like a suckling pig being marinated with salt, ready for cooking. Then the salt was left on my body for 10 minutes before washing off and then proceed to the normal bath.

After bathing, Daddy (who didn't know I tried Sea Salt treatment) mentioned that the dried spots on my skin seem to have lessen, previously the bumps swelled quite obviously. Mommie told him I did the treatment, and they are going to monitor to see if this really works for my skin problems.

So what is Sea Salt?

Sea salt is harvested from seawater through evaporation. Sea salt is beneficial to the skin. Skin absorbs sea salts, vitamins and any other substances it comes into contact with. It is universally accepted that sea salts can have a wonderful effect on circulation and metabolism. It relieves itching, sleep disturbances, and skin scaling!

Ahh... it relieves sleep disturbances, no wonder I have been sleeping so soundly recently. (Mommie: You always sleep soundly and most of the time snored like a pig!)

My photos are out! Mommie have finalized 5 photos of me, they are now pending with the photographer to do some digital imaging to make me even prettier.

New Portfolio photos!

Helio's mum is organising a charity drive to help a 4 year old girl, Charmaine, who has gotten cancer (her story is on http://www.ourfeistyprincess.com/). She and her volunteer photographers friends will be helping doggies to take studio photos at doggy salon this coming weekend. All proceeds will be donated to Charmaine to help her seek treatment in US.

SPA Time

I went for grooming last weekend at Doggy Salon... Mommie decide to try their Dead Sea Mud Spa on me as I seem to be developing skin problems recently.... Dead Sea Mud Spa? What's that?

Dead Sea Mud Spa:

It is rich in Dead Sea Minerals, that provide a calming and relaxing experience for the dogs. The Dead Sea Mud combined with the Silica exfoliates the dog's skin and helps to naturally remove the dog's undercoat, which decreases shedding. The Eucalyptus oil helps to sooth hot spots & itching. It is perfect for dogs with skin disorders such as eczema & psoriasis. While the Aloe and Vitamin E moisturizes your dog’s skin.

After a Dead Sea Mineral Mud Scrub, the dog's hair will feel softer, and its coat look silky smooth and shiny.

The mud mixture supposed to be more concentrated. My absent-minded Mommie added too much water, hence the mixture became diluted!

My present

I got a new bed bed... nice and colorful bed bed. It came with a matching green orange bone bone toy.


I love the toy so much, so much till the toy was spoil after 2 days.

Mommie tried to sew up the toy toy for me, because I pulled out the cotton inside. (note that the bone became 'out of shape' because mommie tried to close up the holes)


But 10mins after I got back the toy, I bite another hole and made a mess in the room with cotton again, so she gave up and threw away the toy.

My new bed is so spacious and comfortable. I slept in it every day...


And slept like a pig. *snores*

I'm turning 4!

I'm turning 4 years old this coming Sunday, but mommie and daddy will be going Bangkok for holiday this weekend. I wonder what presents they will bring back to me this time? I hope there will be lots of food and toys for me!

Today is Junior's birthday... her mommies have booked a holiday chalet to celebrate. She turned 3 this year (i think?) With a lot of dogs running around, humans playing mahjong and lots of bbq food! Sounds yummy and fun.

No updates?

There have been feedback that I have been lazy for not updating my blog on a regular basis.

Okok, few weeks back Mommie and Daddy went Korea for holidays for a week, so I went to daddy's brother's place to stay as well as, to guard their house (Mommie: As if! You are just too noisy till you scares people away). During my stay, other than being a noisy guard dog, I threw in additional service to monitor if they are eating healthily.

One of the day, I saw Ruven (Daddy's little nephew who's 6yrs old this year) eating deep fried chicken. (KFC). Knowing its not very healthy food, I volunteered myself to help Ruven finish his chicken. This happened too quickly that they did not have time to take photos.
(Mommie: This is not the first time Mocha snatches food from the kids, especially from Ruven when she stays with them... she tend to bully people when we are not around... sigh!)

Ruven loves me so much till he kept asking Daddy when am I going to their place to stay again. Maybe he enjoys my food consultation servies? Hehe... But the adults are not happy because I damaged their wooden door when I tried to get out from the kitchen by scratching ferociously on the door. :(

Anyway Mommie and Daddy is back and I'm very happy to be home. No new photos taken, but just in case you all forgot how I looked like... here is a combined old photos of myself which Mommie previously complied for their PC wallpaper. Mommie and Daddy are too shy to show their faces, so I have artistically covered their faces. You can click on the photo to enlarge to see more clearly.

Birthday Photos

Mommie finally have some time to post my photos today, 3rd day after Chinese New Year. She said I'm a good girl during visits as I went to the newspaper and did not anyhow pee at her relatives' place. I get to perform and entertained them with my famous "Roll over" trick (of course I get treats as my reward).

Happy Birthday to me!

I'm 21 yrs old (human years) as of yesterday (1st Feb)!!! They say I should be getting a KEY since its my 21st birthday, but I'm not sure why.

I had a belated 3 yr old birthday mini party today... as I didn't send out party invitations for my party celebration (wanted to give them a surprise), my paw friends, Casper, Junior, Wee wee and Yuki did not know its my birthday and they were at home today.

We bought strawberry cakes, muffins and meatballs for all of us, but since they are not here, I celebrated with the humans and they 'da bao' (packed) the rest of the party food back for the Casper & gang at home to eat.

Had some photos taken, but mommie do not have time to upload them here, she will try to upload as soon as she has time. Be patient guys!

Punk Hair

I went grooming recently because of my long fur getting untidy, and I have a lot of tangles on my fur again. They had a hard time removing all the tangles and Casper's mommie did a good job grooming me, I look so neat and ladylike:

But during the final finishing of trimming my fur, my mommie jokingly suggested doing something funny to my hair on my head:

And they decide to keep it this way and even put hair spray on that chunk of hair to keep it standing! How come humans just love to do funny things to their dogs?

Early Christmas Gift

I have been staying over at my mommie's place for the past 1 week. She has a nice Christmas tree in her house. It is her favourite time time of the year, and the tree was her favourite tree. Its 32 days to Christmas, I thought I shoud leave something below the Christmas tree... but from her expression I think she didn't like my early gift~

(Mocha left me something below my Christmas tree this morning... as early as 7.15am, have drawn a picture of her gift)

Jolly Christmas to all!

Double image?

There is a dog currently boarding at the Doggy Salon for 2 weeks, she is a ACS (just like me), she is buff in color (just like me!), and she is cute (just like me!!).

Her name is Roxy.

Other than being so 'alike' with me, Roxy is bigger than me (I'm the one that is undersized) and she has a more feminine look (according to my mommie, I have a mischievous look, not ladylike), with very nice curls and long eye lash! So mommie and daddy went "Oooo... Ahhh... So cute!!!" over her! Hmph...

Roxy is recuperating from a wound on her hind paw, Casper's mommie found maggots crawling out of her paw on the first day of boarding. They immediately notify her owner and helped brought her to a vet. Luckily under good care, her leg swelling has gone down and the wound is recovering well.

The vet has shaved off the hind paw, so that they can put the medication and keep the wound clean.

I hope Roxy can recover well soon and be happy (just like me!).

My latest LOOK

After exactly 5months since I was 'bared', I have my grooming today evening at Casper's Mommies new grooming shop.

Here are the pictures of my 'Before' and 'After' look. I'm still working hard in growing longer hair at the sides of my body (not sure why it doesn't grow long, any suggestions to help me on this?)

There were also some other dogs who went grooming like me today.

Yuki was very cool, she kept still throughout the whole grooming session (unlike me who keep fidgeting around.) Yuki could even sleep when she's standing, while she's being groomed!





Best of all.... I'm getting famous, I'm 'featured' in the name card of the shop. Isn't that cool!

Curly Updates!

Its been quite awhile since my last post... and here is some updates of my 'fur growing' process. We were in the car waiting for Daddy, so Mommie started taking photos of me with her mobile phone.

From the photos you can see that most of my fur has grown by quite a bit... I'm going to keep them long as Casper's Mommie #2 (she has 2 mommies), who has learnt grooming skills, is gonna give me a Fool Grooming session (she meant FULL Grooming)

Few days back, my mommie was at a petshop and she saw a puppy that made her went 'Awwwwwh....'. Reason being puppy looked like me and reminded her when I was young and innocent... awwwwhh....

These photos were taken when I'm 2-3 mths old... mommie didn't get to take a lot of photos when I'm a puppy (as in 1-2 mths old) . A lot were only taken after I'm 4-5 mths onwards, which is no longer babyish.. missed those days!

Updates on my fur: its growing well.. the curls on my ears are coming back, I think I will need to take another 2 mths in order for my nice nice fur to grow back totally. Meanwhile I'm still enjoying sleeping on daddy's bed every night!
